Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing the day-to-day human resource operations of the school. This role ensures compliance with Philippine labor laws and DepEd/CHED regulations (as applicable), supports faculty and staff engagement, and oversees recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and administrative HR functions while fostering a positive and professional work environment that aligns with the school's mission and values.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Willing to report onsite from Monday to Saturday
