Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) 737 Program Human Resources (HR) Team is seeking an experienced, dedicated, self-motivated, and compassionate **Human Resources Generalist** (Experienced or Senior) to join the team in **Renton, WA** . The successful candidate will be someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact on our workforce.

Given the unique nature of our airplane manufacturing operations, we have opportunities available on **2nd shift (starting after 1:30 PM)** . This non-traditional shift is critical to supporting the 737 Program’s success.
