Job Description
This position is responsible for executing key processes of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment of operational and administrative staff, pre-payroll administration, and compliance with legal obligations before IMSS and STPS. The HR Generalist acts as a close point of contact for employees, ensuring internal policies are applied fairly, promoting a positive work climate, and guaranteeing the plant has the necessary talent to meet production plans.

Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection process for operational (direct) and administrative (indirect) positions, including interviews and psychometric testing.
