Human Resources Generalist

Role Summary
We are seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
The role ensures compliance with South African labour law, provides day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, and contributes to HR projects and process improvements in partnership with key stakeholders across the business.
What Will You Do?
Support end-to-end recruitment and employee integration processes, including job advertising, CV screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding of new employees;
Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance and support, and escalating complex or sensitive matters where required;
Manage day-to-day HR administration, including maintaining accurate employee records, contracts, policies, and HRIS data;
