Summary: The Human Resources Generalist will spearhead our day-to-day HR operations, serving as a primary point of contact for employee support and leading our recruitment efforts. This role is crucial in maintaining our workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring our HR practices empower our staff and align with our strategic goals. This is a hybrid position, allowing for remote work with required in-person time at our office in the Playhouse Square area of Cleveland.

Duties and Responsibilities

• HR Support and Service Management: Respond to service tickets covering various HR needs such as policy inquiries, FMLA issues, and benefits support.
