The Junior HR Generalist will support day to day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding, payroll coordination and HR administration. This role is primarily execution-focused and provides operational HR support to ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.

• Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.

• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.

• Assist in performance management, appraisal cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
