Human Resources Generalist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist with 2 to 3 years of hands-on HR experience. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted HR partner to employees and leadership, supporting core HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, HR operations, and HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, short-listing, offers & onboarding.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure structured onboarding experiences.
Serve as a key point of contact for staff queries and HR support.
Maintain positive employee relations and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.
Support engagement initiatives and HR communication channels.
