Human Resources Generalist

Crewlogix is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to manage and drive end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee training & development, performance management, employer branding, and HR operations, while contributing to strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand hiring needs
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
• Optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire
