Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and coordinate payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and Philippine labor laws
• Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and documentation
• Assist in performance evaluation and training programs
