FIBERHOME PHILS., INC, IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR HR GENERALIST

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Knowledgeable in End-to-End process of Recruitment.
• Manage daily time records and other timekeeping files and their monitoring.
• Knowledgeable in Payroll values and processing procedures.
• Handles the compensation and benefits, including but not limited to the following:
• Ensure an updated record on employee movement salary increases and promotions.
• Maintain payroll generated records and preparation of the month-end report.

Qualification/s:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Good command of MS applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other related programs.
