Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably as an HR Officer or HR Generalist
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements
Experience handling employee documentation and disciplinary procedures
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Trustworthy, professional, and discreet
Strong communication skills
