Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably as an HR Officer or HR Generalist
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements
• Experience handling employee documentation and disciplinary procedures
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Trustworthy, professional, and discreet
• Strong communication skills
