We are in the search of a Human Recourses Generalist for a world-class company in Mexico Metropolitan Area. The HR Superintendent will provide support in a variety of HR disciplines, including but not limited to employee relations, LFT, IMSS, benefits, audits, performance management, safety, legal compliance, and strategic planning. A true roll up the sleeves professional, the Human Resources Superintendent will be responsible for bringing innovative ideas to traditional HR functions while reporting to the HR Manager.

Key Qualifications

• A Degree in BA or related field
• Min. 10 years of experience in the HR field
• Keen knowledge and experience with implementation and tracking of HR KPIs
