Human Resources Generalist

Engagement: Full Time (6 months probationary period)
Work schedule: Regular working hours (10AM – 7PM)
Work Set Up: Onsite - Ortigas, Pasig City
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3yrs experience in an HR Generalist role or HRBP role.
Education: Business Management/Admin, Human Resources or Legal Management graduates
Job Description:
1. Managing orientation and on- boarding process for employees and interns.
2. Monitoring of completion of all JO attachments
3. Pre-employment requirement discussion
4. Collection and monitoring of complete 201 requirements
5. Scheduling of pre-employment medical examination
6. Endorsement for processing of background check of new hires
7. Monitors result and provide updates with stakeholders and Hiring Managers on the results of the pre
employment medical exam and background check
