Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven HR Generalist with strong recruitment experience to lead end-to-end hiring processes while supporting overall HR operations. This role focuses heavily on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and building strong candidate pipelines, while also assisting in employee relations, compliance, and HR administration.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and experienced in fast-paced hiring environments.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring, onboarding and orientation of new hires)
- Partner with branch managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements
