Job Summary:

The HR Generalist – Compensation and Employee Relations is responsible for managing employee compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role also handles employee concerns, supports disciplinary processes, and promotes a positive workplace environment. This position works closely with payroll, management, and employees to ensure accurate HR operations and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

-Proven experience in compensation & benefits and employee relations is an advantage-Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and government statutory benefits

-Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

-Willing to work at No. 48 Sitio Uli-Uli, Barangay Iba, Hagonoy, Bulacan.
