We are looking for an experienced
HR Generalist
to join growing iGaming team. This role requires a hands-on professional who understands the fast-paced nature of the iGaming industry and can support both operational and strategic HR processes.

Fluency in
Chinese (Mandarin)
and
English
is mandatory due to daily communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and employees.

Onsite - Puchong, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, performance review, offboarding
• Support recruitment process
• Draft and update HR policies and internal documentation
• Handle payroll coordination and compensation processes
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal regulations
• Support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
