Human Resources Generalist

Job description

The Human Resources Generalist provides comprehensive, hands‑on HR support across the employee lifecycle while progressively contributing to strategic human resources initiatives. This role partners with leaders and employees to support talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while promoting a positive workplace culture within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, prepare job descriptions, and support workforce planning activities.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Support internal transfers, promotions, and workforce movement.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to inform retention and engagement strategies.
