Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to execute full-cycle recruitment for commercial and technical business units, ensuring all hiring activities align with organization growth target.
Oversee and optimize the employee lifecycle, from pre-onboarding to offboarding, ensuring data integrity within HRIS platforms and maintaining seamless equipment and access workflows.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the contingent workforce, including day to day HR coordination and the administration of regulatory work authorizations (renewals and cancellations)
