Position : People & Culture Executive - 1 Year Contract
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team on a 1‑year contract. This role provides essential support across payroll, recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and general HR operations to ensure smooth, timely, and people‑centric HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1.HR digital transformation and process improvement
Assist in HRIS migration project
Set up and maintain HR SharedPoint site
Create digital forms
Create a HR Chatbot
2.Recruitment & Selection
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reference checks.
Partner with hiring managers to manage screening and shortlisting processes.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment related documentation.
