Position: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Timmins, ON

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hrs/day or 4 on, 3 off, 10hrs/day

Compensation

Base wage range of $65,000 – $70,000 annually.

Relocation

This role requires relocation to the Timmins area and is not a camp-based position.

Reporting

Reports to Human Resources Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Hourly recruitment efforts, maintaining recruitment trackers, managing applications, job posting, scheduling interviews, reference checking, employee orientation.
• Performance review tracking, benefits/pension administration.
• General support to HR Coordinator and supervisory team.
• Paperwork for vacation and absences, ensuring payroll documentation.
