Reports to: Regional HR Manager – Longlife

Location: 5 Days a week onsite in North York

Pay Range: $52,300 to $87,100.

Job Purpose

This position closely partners with local management to provide strategic day to day HR guidance on all matters relating to legislative and companywide HR policy management, recruitment, employee relations, performance management and retention.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to hourly and salaried employees on all HR matters.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and make hiring recommendations.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Respond to questions from management and employees on a wide variety of HR matters and escalating higher level and serious matters to Regional Manager, Human Resources.
