Duties & Responsibilities
To learn and assist in all areas of HR i.e. Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning and Development
• Capture and validate monthly payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, changes, overtime, leave)
• Printing & distributing payslips for Wages employees
• Liaison with HR Specialist/HR Administrator as applicable
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data (POPIA-compliant)
• Support recruitment (adverts, screening, scheduling, references)
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and exits
