Human Resources (HR) Organizational Effectiveness Advisor
Reporting to the Vice President, People and Culture, the Human Resources (HR) Organizational Effectiveness Advisor is responsible for creating and implementing innovative people management strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee development, training, and change management initiatives. These efforts support organizational priorities, workforce modernization, digital transformation, and continuous improvement across the organization. The advisor provides strategic guidance and support to management and staff on organizational culture evolution, performance measurement, talent and leadership development, policy interpretation, official languages, and legal compliance.
