Responsibilities:
• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
• Assist employees and other departments with their daily tasks and projects, providing support as needed.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Assist with recruitment; Screen job applications and resumes to help identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews; Schedule interviews with candidates and ensure timely communication.
• Post job openings; Advertise job positions across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website.
• Help organize company events.
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a college or university, preferred course of study to include Psychology, Human Resources or related
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
