We’re looking for a creative and curious Recruitment Marketing Intern to help us tell our story as an employer and attract the next generation of talent to the cement and construction industry.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys content creation, social media, storytelling, and people engagement—and wants real, hands-on HR experience that makes an impact.

What You’ll Do

• Help build and maintain our employer brand presence across social media and recruitment platforms
• Create engaging content (posts, short videos, photos, captions, testimonials) featuring employees, projects, and workplace culture with the intent to position CHP as an employer of choice.
