Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support employer branding and hiring campaigns
