Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support employer branding and hiring campaigns
Eligibility Criteria:
BBA (HR) completed from a reputable university (degree completed is mandatory)
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
