Key Responsibilities
Provide project support on HR consulting assignments
Assist in recruitment and talent assessment activities
Support development of job descriptions, HR documentation, and reports
Assist in HR research, benchmarking, and data analysis
Support HR policy manuals, SOPs, and organizational design projects
Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and internal documentation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed or in final semester) in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
