Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
• Assist with HR reporting and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
