Human Resources Intern

Position: HR Intern
Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite)
Type: Paid Internship
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
Assist with HR reporting and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
