Role Description
This is a Internship on-site Human Resources (L&D) role located in WP Kuala Lumpur at Tan Chong Group. The role involves tasks related to HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management within the organization.
Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor in Human Resources/ Psychology/ Business / Administration/ TESOL/ TESL or related field
Personnel management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
