Job Description
To support the HR department with administrative, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR‑related tasks, and to gain hands‑on experience across various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires (preparing materials, arranging sessions).
Help with employee engagement initiatives or events (e.g. staff welfare, team‑building).
Support training programs: logistics, attendance tracking, preparing training materials.
Ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by HR team.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proactive, willing to learn, able to work independently and in a team.
