Human Resources Intern

As an HR intern, you will work with a variety of HR matters at Tata Consultancy Services Nordic headquarters in Oslo, Norway. You will mainly be working on some specific projects during the period but also supporting the HR manager with operational work and coordination of HR processes that relate to the Norwegian operations. You may have contact with HR colleagues in India. This role places high demands on the courage to make decisions and take initiative. You will independently perform certain HR processes in your work, and at the same time assist and support your HR colleagues / your manager to further improve and streamline some HR processes.

Your responsibilities

• Support the TCS Norway HR team in general but working with a few specific initiatives for the internship period.
• Projects may include initiatives such as DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), CSR and multiple other HR initiatives in the country.
