HR Intern JD:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern leading to job to support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, and partnership tasks. This role provides hands-on learning in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in partner communication, outreach, and supporting webinars/meetings.
• Support apprenticeship programs: registrations, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Help with recruitment: sourcing, basic screening, maintaining pipelines, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist in preparing simple proposals and supporting client meetings through note-taking and follow-ups.
• Maintain HR records, provide administrative support, and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field.
