About the Role

SM Investments Corporation is looking for a driven HR Intern to support our HR team and gain hands-on experience across key HR functions.

What You'll Do

• Assist in recruitment tasks (screening, scheduling, reviewing applications)
• Support onboarding and orientation activities
• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including employee benefits enrollment, updates, and documentation
• Provide support in payroll-related tasks, timekeeping validation, and benefits coordination
• Help prepare reports and maintain HR records related to compensation, benefits, and employee data
• Collaborate with teams and join HR meetings and trainings
