About the Role
SM Investments Corporation is looking for a driven HR Intern to support our HR team and gain hands-on experience across key HR functions.
What You'll Do
Assist in recruitment tasks (screening, scheduling, reviewing applications)
Support onboarding and orientation activities
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including employee benefits enrollment, updates, and documentation
Provide support in payroll-related tasks, timekeeping validation, and benefits coordination
Help prepare reports and maintain HR records related to compensation, benefits, and employee data
Collaborate with teams and join HR meetings and trainings
