Human Resources Intern

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role located in Petaling Jaya. The intern will assist with daily HR tasks, such as supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, and managing employee benefits and personnel records. Tasks may also include engaging in recruitment activities, assisting with employee onboarding, and contributing to the improvement of workplace culture through administrative and strategic support.
Qualifications
Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
Basic understanding of HR Management and development of HR Policies
Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other workplace tools
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
