Human Resources Intern

Role Description

This is a on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Puchong, Malaysia. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, implementation of HR policies, management of employee records, and supporting daily HR operations. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources, collaborate with team members, and contribute to creating a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding and familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Basic knowledge of Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
