Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment plans, manage end-to-end hiring, and streamline onboarding to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Oversee payroll processing, salary adjustments, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage employee relations, handle grievances and disciplinary matters, and maintain competitive benefits in line with labor laws.
• Lead performance appraisal processes and support training and development initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Handle expatriate work permit applications, renewals, and compliance with immigration requirements.
• Oversee office administration, procurement, and ensure HR and administrative compliance with company policies and regulations.
