Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop competitive salary and benefits plans and responsibility for monthly salary calculations.
Develop and improve the Company's human resource policies to ensure that employee records are updated and accurate.
Optimize human resource processes, improve operational efficiency, and create a positive and healthy working environment.
Responsible for new employee orientation and skills training for in-service employees to promote talent development.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview arrangement, and hiring decisions.
Record and monitor employee attendance to ensure attendance data is accurate and maintain good work discipline.
Analyze recruitment data and salary data monthly to provide support for decision making.
