About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to join our growing team at World Eco Engineering Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and talent development.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
2. Manage employee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
3. Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate personnel records
4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
5. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
