Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of experience in comprehensive Human Resources roles (Labor Relations, Recruitment, Payroll, Social Security, Attraction & Selection, Onboarding, Training & Development, Well-being, Quality of Life, Culture, Communications); 4 of them leading teams and processes.
• Experience in the IT sector
• Team and process leadership
• Knowledge of Colombian labor legislation
• Talent management and organizational development
