Human Resources Manager

Our client, a well-established and growing company in the telecoms and fibre space, is seeking an experienced and confident HR Manager to lead and strengthen their HR function.

This role requires a strategic yet hands-on HR professional who is commercially aware and capable of managing complex HR matters while partnering with leadership to support organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full HR function across the business
• Manage employee relations, misconduct, incapacity, and disciplinary processes
• Implement and drive performance management frameworks
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour legislation
