Human Resources Manager

A leading heights and rope access organisation is seeking a structured, operationally strong HR Manager to drive governance, lifecycle control, and compliance maturity within a growing Tier 1 business.

This embedded role oversees HR systems (Bright HR/Bright Safe), full employee lifecycle, ISO and compliance registers, training coordination, payroll support, and operational reporting — acting as the central link between operations, finance, and leadership.
