As part of our growth in Latin America, we are looking for a
Human Resources Manager
to lead and strengthen our HR operations in Colombia, with a strong connection to U.S. standards, compliance, and business expectations.

This role is ideal for a senior HR professional who combines
strategic thinking, operational execution, and strong business partnering skills
, and who is comfortable working in English on a daily basis.

• Lead the full HR lifecycle including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance.
