As a key HR leadership role at Lactalis Australia’s Bendigo manufacturing site, we are seeking a HR Manager to lead all people related processes and initiatives for the site.  

Reporting to the Site Manager but with strong accountability to the centralised HR team, the HR Manager will deliver high-impact HR and industrial relations solutions that drive business performance and foster a values-aligned culture. You will be a trusted advisor and business partner to senior leaders, managers and employees across the site.
