Human Resources Manager

Job Description

The Human Resources Manager shall be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing day-to-day HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
• Spearheading talent acquisition efforts, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent within the travel industry.
• Driving organizational development initiatives to enhance employee performance and engagement.
• Managing employee relations and act as a mediator in conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of 4 year course related to Psychology / Behavioral Science / Social Science or any related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
