Human Resources Manager

Position Overview:

How I Care Pte Ltd (HIC) is seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our Human Resource function, develop and implement people strategies and support the company's business growth and expansion.

Main responsibilities include driving talent management, promoting a positive culture and ensuring that applicable Human Resource initiatives align with company's corporate goals, mission and vision.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role with at least 3 – 5 years' work experience, strong leadership skills and a strong ability to partner effectively with senior leadership. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Human Resource strategies that align with company's short and long-term business objectives.
• Lead all aspects of the Human Resource function, including selecting, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
