About the Role
We are looking for an experienced

HR Manager

to oversee full-function HR operations for our footwear manufacturing factory in

Perambalur, Tamil Nadu, India .
This role will be responsible for recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, and factory workforce management. The ideal candidate should be familiar with local labor regulations in Tamil Nadu, understand factory HR practices, and be able to align local HR execution with group HR policies and business needs.

Key Responsibilitie
Manage full-function HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation and benefits, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relations
